10 tips to change peace

Change is difficult for most people – especially those who grow up in dysfunctional families. We love to stay in our comfort zone. We prefer safe and secure things. Even the small changes we choose ourselves often require several months of emotional setup, such as a baby or moving to a new area.

But when there is a change that is not in our control, such as the loss of our love, the dismissal of a work or a divorce partner, we often feel exaggerated. And when our entire economic structure breaks down, our money and money are in crisis, it seems that dishonest and loss is unsolvable

When you don't know, change can worry and stress.

At an unconscious level, change can become sensitive and domineering, reflecting the negative experiences of childhood when it was small and vulnerable. If you do not know, you can ignore defensive, reactive behavior, waiting for the worst and defending yourself from the perceived enemies.

Fortunately, you can consciously transform these negative responses. Instead, you can choose to see the change as a gift. And if you choose this option, you can open up the change of wonderful opportunities that you offer – learn and grow in the process. So what can you do if the world you know fall apart? Why can't we learn the waves of life, not try to control everything?

Here are 10 tips for peace of change:

1. To enter! Let the Universe take your life. The Universe knows much better than you are, what will be for the best and highest.

2nd Cry when you have to cry! Crying is a natural way to relieve pain and stress.

3rd Forgive yourself and forgive others! Blaming yourself or blaming others for your emotional pain just grabs a rut. Forgiveness does not rule out negative behavior; just moving forward.

5th Practice gratitude constantly! Gratitude leads to a natural height and opens you up for a better feeling.

6th Replace your negative expectations with positive statements. Exercise your faith in the goodness of the Universe and confirm that good things are coming.

7th Imagine you already have the good you want to create on a regular basis. Spend at least five minutes each day, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and feeling that you are all good at what you want to do. Have fun!

8th Share your heart's love by learning healthy communication skills. If you want others to feel the love you have, it is important to show your love through everyday communication.

ninth To laugh regularly and keep your sense of humor. It is difficult to stay negative and depressed if you laugh! People love their friends who laugh.

10th Find the easy ways to have fun with the ones you love! Fun doesn't have to be expensive! Go sledding, play at Frisbee, walk together or play games!

And whatever you do, don't forget to stay open to what the Universe stores for you. When we look back in ten years, you might say, "Although I thought the world was upside down, these were the best years of my life!"
